KNCT was born from the mindset it takes to beat the odds — and the systems that make real, tangible development possible.
Real development doesn’t happen by accident — it happens by design.

Co-founder of KNCT
My journey from injured and unable to pitch in college to signing a pro contract and having a sub 1era wasn’t luck — it was relentless work, calculated decisions, and trial-and-error in a system that wasn’t designed for guys like me.
“KNCT was built by people who lived the gaps in the system. We know what it’s like to be overlooked, overtrained, underdeveloped — and we know what actually moves the needle.”Read Full Story
We don’t scale volume. We scale connection, insight, and results.
KNCT was built from the inside out — by coaches who lived the gaps in the development system.
We’ve seen firsthand what it looks like to be under-supported, overtrained, or left guessing with no clear path forward. Progress shouldn’t depend on luck, hype, or proximity. It should come from a connected system — where strength, skill, movement, and recovery all speak the same language.
So we built it.
KNCT connects athletes with proven coaches, no matter where they are. It’s not one coach, one template, or one app — it’s a system built on clarity, feedback, and personal connection.
Most training companies scale fast — and quality control disappears just as quickly. They’ll charge you top dollar, then hand you off to an underqualified coach who barely knows your name.
We built KNCT differently:
Because we’re not here to sell — we’re here to build better careers.
